Dom Cole is an award-winning actor, investor, and the Co-Founder of Left Fielder Media, a media-tech company specializing in development and infrastructure that emphasizes innovative storytelling. Left Fielder Media operates at the intersection of gaming, blockchain tech, film and fashion.
Left Fielder Media has an Overall Deal with the gaming studio NEON. LFM is contributing on the studio’s game Shrapnel, the world’s first AAA blockchain FPS game built on Avalanche. They aims to captivate fans by bringing ambitious characters to life and immersing them in a rich narrative experience. The project also has Digital Assets, Comics, and more.
Dom is a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set. He is a Global Entrepreneur, Music Supervisor, Creative Developer, and Writer/Producer. Notably, his film won the Gentleman Jack Real to Reel competition in partnership with Jack Daniel's at ABFF (American Black Film Festival) in 2017. His work has been showcased at renowned events like SXSW, distributed internationally in Southeast Asia, and streamed on popular platforms such as Amazon Prime and Apple TV Plus.
As a Music Supervisor, his arrangements were featured on the runway of New York Fashion Week during Fall/Winter 2018 show for Ennyluap with IMG. His musical placements have been globally distributed in major branded content with companies like Apple, XBOX Music, E! Entertainment, Sundance ,WE, EA sports, and Adult Swim.
Dom’s an avid traveler who’s lived and worked in Europe where he developed projects and made impactful relationships with other global creatives, entrepreneurs and innovators.
Stephen Philms

In 2011 Stephen began in film & tech as a creative director working with the startup Mobilefilmworks, a pre-Netflix mobile video streaming service designed to provide movies to int’l audiences. There he produced in-house content while assisting on global projects in Rio de Janeiro Brazil with the Rio Film Commission.
Film & TV projects that Stephen has produced, written & directed have been on platforms such as Comcast On Demand, Solo Exhibited at the Bronx Museum of Arts, showcased at the Pentagon, won Best TV Pilot at the Irvine Int’l Film Festival, & screened on the runway of New York Fashion Week w/ IMG. Having a deep passion for pursuing int’l markets has led him to work on film, tv, and fashion projects worldwide, in countries such as Adana Turkey, Naples Italy, and Manama Bahrain.
Stephen’s photographic work in contemporary art has been exhibited in award-winning art galleries & sold int’l. His work has been recognized by brands such as the Truth brand, Dr.Martens, VSCO, & Polaroid. Also, his creative direction in fashion has been published by Vogue Italia and in print with Vanity Fair. With his expertise in art direction, branding, and styling, he played a key role in launching multiple retail fashion brick-and-mortar stores.
He received his BFA in Film & Media Production from the Art Institutes as well as an int’l film study with Cinema Nosso in Rio de Janeiro. In 2018 he was requested to be a keynote speaker to the Fashion Program at his Alma Mater, later that year he was presented with the prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award.
Lately, Stephen has contributed his knowledge and skill set as a Senior Volunteer to the global non-profit organization All For One. He’s worked directly alongside the President of the organization to ensure brand cohesion and mission communication. For the past twenty years, AFO has been providing education,food, & housing for children globally.
